Enigma Launch US Office in Phoenix

Enigma is so pleased to announce a new office in Phoenix, Arizona.

We know it’s less royal than another transatlantic partnership catching some recent attention (though our UK office is minutes from Windsor Castle), but we’re delighted to have appointed Jon Gowar as our lead account manager in America.

We have enjoyed increasing success in the US exhibition sector over the last five years. With over half of our business located across the US, Enigma has long been investigating the benefits of expanding our American presence beyond California and Texas.

With the announcement of Qualcomm’s acquisition of NXP Semiconductors – a long‐standing Enigma client for over eight years – Enigma was recommended by NXP to take part in Qualcomm’s RFP for CES 2018, one of their flagship events. Enigma was thrilled to be awarded the contract with Qualcomm, and a more established Enigma office with feet on the ground became a natural inevitability.

With our new office headed up by Jon in the ‘Valley of the Sun’, we’re now really looking forward to further setting the foundations of our US operation as we expand in the United States. Jon has worked for the past 20 years in traditional, direct, digital, and experiential marketing and advertising. He has worked in agencies both large and small, helping every type of business from startups to Fortune 500 companies, creating the kind of differentiating communication campaigns and programs that connect people with brands they care about, including Vodafone, Ubisoft, BMW, Disney, HSBC and WhiteWave Foods.

Jon’s energetic and experienced presence means our clients will now even more readily access our exceptional client service 24/7 and enjoy more face‐to‐face meetings too. We’ve found that the US exhibition marketplace emphasises its players’ scale and great customer service. Naturally, we deliver these as a matter of course and we’re also known for our great design work; our British flair and ingenuity is applied beautifully and cleverly to great effect. With 30 years’ exhibition space experience, we really know our stuff.
